Indian Realty Yearbook

Indian Realty Yearbook, India’s first luxury realty coffee table book has been put together by a team of select industry experts with more than a year of thorough research. With some of the best real estate names from across the globe (Tony Chi- world renowned interior designer, Fosters & Partners- London based global leaders in conceptual architecture, Arabian Construction- makers of world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa, John Hitchcox on Yoo Studio and many more experts from India and the globe) having contributed to the editorial, IRY covers everything that today’s top end investor-buyer-reader needs to know about ultra luxury and luxury real estate in India. IRY also features key aspects of construction, architecture, interiors, home decor and estate management.

Real Leaders

Real Leaders, a first of its kind coffee table book featuring real estate developers who are also doing exemplary social work and fulfilling their corporate social responsibility. A common public perception is that real estate developers only care about money making. However, there are many who have gone beyond the business and broken the myth of ‘only for profit approach’ associated with the realty industry. A large number of these commendable initiatives usually go unnoticed. ‘Real Leaders’ bridges the gap between the real(ty) leaders’ social work and its public awareness.
